This is superior Japanese bonsai training wire. Bonsai training wire is used for bending branches into the sometimes contorted shapes you desire, or simply to wire the branch into the new direction you want it to grow out to. This is a brown coppery annodized aluminum wire that blends into the appearance of the tree and that for its gauge has a more firm stiffness than other brands of aluminum wire I have used.
