This is a pair of Chinese bonsai wire cutters. They accomplish two things with the wire. One, is they are used to cuthe wire into pieces as needed from the rolls, and two, they are mainly used for cutting the wire into links when removing the wire from branch wrapings. The second use is the most important use of all. Very durable and in the picture the wire used was some heavy 5mm size and these cutters will cut even heavier than this.
