This is a natural purple japanese scoop type clay 8" bonsai pot with nice depth. These are used for rare type accent plantings, or that very unusual bonsai tree planting. Definite show it off item. It has one drain hole and just a hint of green glaze on one side only for choosing a front. High fired purple clay. The dimensions are 4" tall at one end and 1 3/4" tall at other and 5 1/4" at the widest x 8" long. Made in japan by one of the finest potteries.
