These are Bald Cypress ( taxodium distichum) bonsai starter tree seedlings. These are the nicest trees we have ever offered for sale anywhere. They make excellent bonsai forest material. We offer them individually, and in groups for price savings. They are shipped in 4" starter pots and are 24" overall height on the tallest so that we can get them into the box. On a group purchase, we will automatically send a selection variance for forest building. The picture shows an 11 tree forest.If you buy one tree, then we will send one out about 1/4 to 3/8 inch caliper. If you buy multiples, then we start going up in size on the king and queen tree. The bigger the order, the bigger the king and queen tree. Have a suitable pot ready to plant them into. The calipers can be as big as 1" early in the season. We grow these for size and taper. These will look like they were grown in a swamp. If you want the look of a great forest, we have the material for it. The more trees you order, the better the selection for your forest. We highly recommend our super restore fertilizer for fast rooting and growth. The 11 tree super selection kits are available now. We have been pressed to release these trees asap. As starter trees, from august through fall into the winter, they will not have much for lower leaves. During this time of the year these leaves start to go dormant and turn brown. They look best from spring through late summer. We now also offer a 5 tree kit and a 7 tree kit.
