This is a large package of bonsai raffia. Raffia is used wet or dry for wrapping up branches, prior to wrapping with wire. Particularly on large wire wraps, as the wire would cut into the thin bark of junipers, and pines, etc.. Also used to bind up branch breaks, and to do branch pulls into a direction of another branch or the pot itself. Also used for wrapping the branches on larger wire pulls. This is our large 4 ounce size.
