Dawn Redwood Bunjin Bonsai 375.00

This is a Dawn Redwood (metasequoia glyptostobodies)bujin bonsai tree that I have been working on for 6 years now. It is right at 10 years old. I intend to put more taper in the dead apex. This tree is planted in a 10 inch round bonsai pot and is 24 inches above the soil line. I made 2 of these and sold the first 5 years ago at a convention for half the price and it was a lot smaller then and in a different pot. The pot is a round very high quality Chinese pot. The person purchasing this tree should be a little more advanced in their bonsai abilities. The tree is easy to take care of. It likes a lot of water and steady fertilizer. The lower bark is starting to rough up from a juvenile smooth bark. I have others that I am working on for the future. 25.00 will be added to pack this tree at checkout.
