This is a ficus nitida semi cascade bonsai. It is similar to a green island ficus, but has smaller leaves. There is plenty of nebari. The roots have circumference of 5". My observation is that this kind of ficus exhibits a certain durability better than many of the other ficus. It handles cold, travel, and even the water schedule seems broader. This ficus is a semi cascade bonsai and is planted in a round unglazed tokname pot. The pot dimensions are 3 1/4" deep x 9" in diameter. The first picture is an original picture from when I first potted it. the slide show is currently what it looks like. The overall tree height composition is 17 1/2" and the side to side is 13" and front to back is 15". The cascade does not go below the pot, even though the picture shows that it does. I photoed from a higher angle than just straight on. This is an exceptional piece and is one of the rarer type ficus. This tree also has some cascade down the back similar to the front. This tree ships at 17#. This tree ships priority or by regular ground ship. Priority may have to have a slightly higher charge than the checkout says because of the possible oversize. Will fit a 13" drip tray.
