Japanese Green Maple Bonsai Starter

This is a Japanese green maple, acer palmatum bonsai starter. These trees have more leaves than what is showing in the picture. Japanese green maple are known to make wonderful informal upright bonsai and the leaves reduce nicely to 1" or less. Green maple also make wonderful 2 tree and 3 tree forest plantings at minimal cost and have big bonsai impact for appearance. Green maple start branching out at an early age. These are 2 year old trees and showing branching. The trunks remain green for a very long time and the branches will remain green even when the trunk has started showing a rough bark texture. The leaves on these are showing their dark purple red fall color. Make excellent mame size bonsai. The 3 trees and pencil show the size and variety and are for reference. Price is for one tree.
